Why is one of the power tubes in my Fender Blues Junior glowing much brighter than the other one? ?

I was playing through my Blues Junior amp today and experienced a slight decrease in volume and tone right in the middle of my playing. I was using a delay pedal and volume pedal, but did not change the settings on either. It was a spontaneous change in tone. I then turned the amp off and back on a couple of times, but the amp did not do its usual 10 second warm up. It just came right back on (output) immediately. I then noticed one of the power tubes was glowing bright orange while the other was a dim glow that I would expect. This amp was brand new out of the box about 6 months ago. Should I just replace the power tubes, or is this something more serious?

There was no "warm up" because the amp was already hot. Sounds like you need to replace your power tubes. Replace both at the same time-not just one!!! Get a "matched" pair from a reputable dealer.
