How can I rid myself of the after effect of Red Bull?
I took Red Bull, one a day, for the past few months. Eventually, it became a necessity to me, psychologically of course. I stopped a week ago, and I must say this was one of the worst weeks I've ever had. Major weakness, tiredness, fatigue, and sentimental disturbances constantly vex me. I need to know the best way to resolve this problem as soon as possible. Please, and thank you.
It's the effect of 32mg caffiene per can. Believe it or not you can become somewhat dependant on caffiene as it's suppling you with energy which your muscles, etc get used to.
Want my advice? Ditch it all together, it contains alot of crap you don't need ... caffiene isn't good it gives you short bursts of energy which makes you feel tired later on.
Coming off alot of caffiene shouldn't be too hard it's very possible with will power.
Replace with a nice cold glass of water, tea (hot obviously)
