Is there a way to "sustain" a sound (note, tone) on keyboards that do not have advanced features?
So, I have a keyboard that has only the actual signal output, with no sustain pedal jack or anything similar to it. Also, there are no "onboard" features like that.
So, my question is - is there any pedal that can be placed "on the signal", like guitar pedals or something like that (I'm pointing at delay, wah, distortion etc. pedals for guitars) that would sustain the exact sound played at the moment when they are pressed.
Yes, I know this is not the best solution, but I'm using this keyboard in studio just for experimentation purposes (special effects etc...)

You can use Delay, but it will have a decay (it won't be infinate) and you may get slight volume swells and then eventually it will end. You can use a loop station, that will be infinate. I've seen Paul Gilbert use an effect that did exactly what you are talking about, but I can't remember what it was. Anyway, try the pedal below.
