Today's Sponge Birth Control... Better than condoms?
Where can I buy today's sponge? How effective is it for birth control? Does it hurt? How do you get it in?
I know it's supposed to cover the cervix, but how?
...the sponge has been reintroduced recently as a reasonable contraceptive...
...it is nice because you put it in & know its there and works immediately for 24 hours...no matter what you do during those hours...
