And to all you morons, I've had NO trouble with bettas and other fish. And neons aren't known for nipping fins. Thats tiger barbs, cardinal tetras, hi fin tetras, etc... Bigger means they pick the fins.
SO does it sound good?
AqAdvisor says I'm 95% stocked with fish. =/ I'm not sure. 15 fish in a 10 gallon? plus a snail? That'll be ok? Don't worry I know Tetras like tall plants, like anubius and cryptocorne, and they like java fern and java moss. I got the decor and plants...

and I know what female bettas do and how they get along! I have 7 of them in a hierarchy already! in a 20 gallon of course. With 6 corys.
I would pick between the GlowLight or Neons, and drop your number by one. The snail will be fine.
Yes some bettas are tolerant of tank mates some or not.
