Which Effects Pedals Should I Get?
I want to put together a pedal board for my guitar. I don't want to get a multi-effects unit and I don't have much money. All I really need is a good pedal tuner, distortion/overdrive, reverb, and maybe a tremelo. I also heard that you need some kind of pedal to keep your tone consistent through all the pedals. I have a budget of around 200 dollars.

Allow me to suggest you do some shopping on eBay. You can pick up some deals on good used pedals and make your money stretch farther.
For inexpensive pedals, in general, I like Danelectro. They put out many pedals and their prices are quite reasonable (even for new ones). If you go with all Danelectro pedals, you can pick up one of their pedal boards/carrying case. Probably all you would need. Their reverb called Corned Beef Hash is pretty good. They have several distortion and overdrive pedals to fit about any style music you want to play. I have not used their tuner pedal, so I cannot speak to that.
Other brands. I like Boss DS-1 for distortion. The DOD FX 66 fuzz is pretty good. I also like the DOD FX 55 distortion pedal. The tuner I use is Qwik Tune 11. It is cheap (around $10) and available on eBay. It is handy and will also work with an acoustic. Small enough to fit in your pocket. I really do like it. The other pedals I like will break your budget (Vox wah wah, the fuzz face, tube screamer and the like).
