Using a preamp pedal and others instead of a Head?
Okay here goes. I have a spare cab and was wondering if i could use a preamp pedal and other pedals too instead of using a head?
No you can't - a head is an amp without a speaker. A pedal will not amplify your guitar signal loud enough to connect to a speaker. You still need a head.
