My wah pedal just buzzes?
I have a Behringer Hellbabe HB101, I got it off eBay new, I tested the leads and they're not duff.
I jack my leads in (the right way round..) and all I get is a huge buzz, whatever way I adjust the dials.
I can't even get the buzz to wah, it's just bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
I have a feeling it's to do with the power adapter I'm using, and that the pedal is just being really picky. It says it needs either a
9V, 100mA DC Regulated
PSU-SB-UK BEHRINGER 240 VAC adaptor UK
PSU-SB-UL BEHRINGER 120 VAC adaptor USA
the one I'm using now says it's a 9V 1000mA
Has anyone else had the same problem with wah pedals and power adaptors?

It could be the power supply, you're sending it ten times the power it needs, 1000mA vs. 100mA.
Can you try a 9V battery in it? That would be the first good test, see if it works under battery power and take it from there.
