Why does my 2001 VW GLS have a delay engagement from park to 1st gear.?
What causes my VW to delay engagement when shifting from park to 1st gear. no other gear does that.
Transmission was recently rebuilt (13 months) and of course the warranty is no longer valid
One of the accumulator's o ring's could be leaking. Or the pump inside the transmission is in need of repair. Try having the transmission fluid and filter changed. That could help.
