how do i hook up a Behringer LX1-X Amplifier/Multi-Effects Processor to a gfx-212 crate amp?
i just got the Behringer LX1-X Amplifier/Multi-Effects Processor today and i have no idea how to hook it up, i plug the cable into the guitar then into the input of the processor, then i get another cable, plug it into the output of the processor, and into the input of the amp, and i just get static. please help it would be much appreciated

alright i tried that to no anvil. well the other thing i dont know if this ma be the problem but, in the back of the amp there is a dsp plug and a channel/gain select swithc. for the footpedal that switches between distortion, clean, and the very few effects on my amp..
I assume you are plugging the guitar into the "Instrument In" and the Crate into the "Mono Amp Out" jack.
One thing you might be running into is the balanced TRS wiring on the LX1-X effects box and the unbalanced wiring (TS, not TRS) on the Crate combo amp. If you are using a cable with 3-conductor (two black stripes) connectors on each end, the Crate won't be getting both sides of the signal, just one side and the chassis ground.
You can fix that by using a standard instrument cable that has unbalanced 2-conductor (one black stripe) on each end (best way)...
...or (if you can unscrew the shell of one of the 3-conductor plugs) by shorting the ring to the sleeve (not the best way because now you have a cable that looks like TRS but isn't).
