Did I eat too much fat today?
I'm 14 years old. I'm 5' 2" and I weigh 93 pounds. I know, I'm underweight. My doctor (and mom) want me to gain 7 pounds. Thats kinda scary to me. So I just want to make sure I won't eat too much fat today.
Breakfast:
-Kashi cereal (2g of fat)
-Banana with a little peanut butter (3g of fat)
Lunch:
-Turkey sandwich with mustard, tomato and lettuce (?)
-Only half the bun(?)
-1/2 cup of peaches
Snack:
-Fiber plus bar (4g of fat)
Dinner:
I'm going to Monicals so I'm not quite sure what to eat. I'm thinking:
-3 slices of cheese pizza (those small ones) (?)
-Salad (no cheese, a little french dressing) (?)
If any one knows the fat content in Monicals food, it would be a huge help!
Is this too much.....well I already know your answer: NO! But really, I just want to make sure I don't gain THAT much weight.

Nope! You're actualy eating pretty normal for a 14 year old. Even at 93 pounds, that's pretty normal aswell. You're eating healthy too! I'm not lying, you're doing good on your Health. Don't worry. But if you cut back on your food, eventually you're going to pay the price...(no offense), it happend to me before. Don't EVER cut back on your food, even though if you think you're fat. You're healthy!
