Are the freak floods coming to the United Kingdom in 6 weeks?
I've heard it could be a knock on effect from Australia. How true is this? Are we going to get it that bad do you think or just strong winds and rain? What do you reckon?

Since adverse weather conditions are a direct result of climate change, there could be truth in the rumour.
Strong winds bring in clouds, clouds bring rain so all is possible.
But last I heard weather predictions thought we'd get the snow, 8 inches or more blanketing the UK & that never materialised.
Think we may just have to wait & see.
Weather is forecast, it's an educated guess but there is no conclusive way of predicting what is so very unpredictable.
Hope it's just an unsubstantiated rumour as some areas of the UK are still trying to recover from previous floodings, they really don't need a second hit.
