Flanger Guitar Effects

To even consider playing this song by ear I need to know the exact Delay/Reverb and other effects settings to play it. I use a Digitech-RP50 (Yeah outdated but it's still gg).
Am I capable of reproducing that riff on it? If I need other effects such as a specific Phaser and Flanger, that is alright, I just want to play it accurately, it's okay if it doesn't sound IDENTICAL.

To shorten the time playing it by ear (Although I am very skilled at doing so) I could also use a tab for playing it. That way if I play the way it is tabbed, I can program my DT-RP50 pedal to compensate the Delay/Reverb. However, in order to this correctly the tab must be VERY accurate, any tiny inconsistency could cause me to program my pedal wrong. I can't find any Tabs on Ultimate-Guitar that I am sure are that accurate.
