how should i set up my bass pedalboard?
im a bass player, and ive heard several ways to set these pedals up. not really sure which i like the best yet. i play through an ibanez bass, gk head and cab, and i play anything from indie to metal to jazz.
i have a boss suppressor, electroharmonix big muff pi, digitech synth wah envelope filter, boss tuner, boss bass overdrive, the woolly mammoth (which is my personal favorite by far) and a boss loop pedal. not many, but i have no idea where to put them...

Try reading this article. It will explain how to sequence pedals and why they should be in that sequence. Of course their is some personal choice involved in the final decision. But this is a good guide.
