I have a marshall mg250dfx and it looks beuatiful but sounds like crap, should I get the fender hot rod?

Is it worth it becuase im looking at my marshall and it looks beutiful but just sounds so bad and I also want to get a slash sound and I cant do that with a solid state amp so will the fender hot rod give me a sound closer to slash?

The Silver Jubilee amps that Slash uses are pretty much hard to come by and might end up paying alot for them since they are rare (even his signature model that was out for a limited time in the mid-late 90's).

Go with the JCM 800 Master Volume amp heads (50 or 100). You can go with the original or reissue (snag one of the originals if possible). Take those heads, and run them at full volume.
