What do I need for this guitar setup (at home)?
I am planning on buying a Line6 POD X3 processor and a Line6 FBV Express Pedal. Just wondering what exactly I'll need, but I'm mostly wondering about cables to attach these all. I know it sounds simple... but I like to guarantee these things.
The setup will prob look like this (tell me if it doesn't work. I have no idea...) :
Guitar --> POD --> Pedal (should the spot be switched with the POD? Like... does the POD or pedal come first?) --> Amp (or computer for recording)
I'm assuming I need a patch cable wherever an arrow is, but again I like to make sure of things like these. Thanks for any input.
P.S. This doesn't necessarily have to be answered, but from personal experience, can anyone name a better setup for me? I've heard good reviews about Line6 products as long as you know how to use them... but better is always what I like 
You've got it all straight.. Guitar > POD > Pedal > Amp
...and yes, you do need patch cables.
