Question about using dual Ibanez TS9 Tubescreamers.?
I've seen and heard of a few guitar players who's pedal boards contain 2 Ibanez TS9 Tubescreamers....namely Trey Anastasio from Phish and Stevie Ray Vaughn. (I know Trey uses a modified pair and SRV may have used the 808 versions of the TS)
My question is do they (or can you) use both at the same time? Meaning do they overdrive the 2 pedals on top of one another? Or is it more along the lines of simply using one or the other depending on how much OD one desires? (one set for heavy OD the other for less OD)
Has anyone heard of or have tried this, and how are the results?
