Ati Radeon HD 4350 Gaming Slowdown?
Just installed A new Graphics card from the Ati Radeon X1600 Series, and my gaming performance slowed down significantly since the upgrade. My frame-rate is constantly studdering, audio keeps on giving fuzz, and sometimes sounds like a broken record. The desktop works perfectly, but when it comes to gaming apps, or hd youtube videos, it goes crazy.
My Specs:
AMD x64 Athlon X2 2.20 GHZ
2 GB Of Ram
300 gb hard drive.
ATI Radeon HD 4350
300 Watt Power Supply
&
Ati Catalyst 10.7 (New Drivers Installed)
Windows Vista 32bit
What Should I do to fix this problem?
The Radeon 4350 is not a very fast video card. It's not even really a gaming card.
In fact, the Radeon 4350 is about 15% slower than your X1600 --you "upgraded" to a slightly slower card.
