Can you use 2 boosters to boost a digital TV signal?
We have 1 booster at one end of the house that all TV signal passes through (the aerial is plugged directly into it), however at the other end of our house the signal is quite weak (despite passing through the first booster). Can another booster be used at the other end of the house to improve the signal strength and quality?
Multiple stages of signal boosting is almost certainly not a good idea. It will usually just increase the noise and degrade your signal.
The usual best practice for signal amplification is to place a powered pre-amplifier as close to the antenna as possible, ideally right up at the top of the mast. Good preamps have gains of 12 to 20dBs and noise figures of 2 or 3 dBs. Unless you're running very long distances, like hundreds of feet, that should be all you need.
You should also make sure that any splitters you use can pass power to the amplifier. Not all do.
