What is a good distortion pedal that can help achieve korns sound?
i got a big muff pi usa but it has to much fuzz
Uhm. hello
I dont know if this direcly answer ur question but i guess i can help..
First off, korn uses & string guitars downtuned to Drop A which makes it really low.
But, if you dont have a 7 string guitar, This will help, first off get urself a really think set of guitar string, 13-56 guitar string will be very good.
Then downtune ur 6 string guitar to Drop A, the thick strings will make the guitars sound more bassier and will not make the strings sloppy.
and for the amplifier, i think anything will do, i myself only uses an ordinary practice amplifier but i can achieve korn's sound , even my friends tell me they want my guitars =P
