what's a good amp for guitar?
I'm looking to upgrade to a half stack soon... right now i have a vintage kalamazoo tube combo 60w amp..but i have about 600 to spend on a stack even though i know there's a lot of good ones that are more than that. the cheapest ones i know are crate and behringer...i'm looking for somethin i can use for alternative/punk/indie/hard rock sound...
any suggestions?
I wouldn't buy Crate or Behringer if I could help it.
For $600, you could get a Marshall MG100HDFXC and MG412AC Guitar Half Stack Package. It even comes in white...
If possible, I'd try to save up more for something better, or look for a used amp. Lots of people sell gear.
Whatever you do, don't sell the Kalamazoo...
